A hunt booking is confirmed only upon the receipt of a deposit for the hunt. Failure
to remit a deposit as described below may result in the release of the hunt dates and possibly the inability to set up a reservation. By paying the deposit, you (the client), and Eslabon Ranch are bound under contract for the dates for your hunt.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
- When you book a deer hunt a Trophy Fee Deposit of $1500.00 is required. A hunt is not considered booked until your deposit is received. One companion is free, additional companions are welcome at $150.00 per day.
- The trophy fee deposits for the other hunts is $500.00 per hunter. Companions are welcome on these hunts at as well at fee of $150.00 per day.
- Prior to the hunt you will make your Trophy Fee Deposit, which is required to book the hunt. At the end of the hunt we will provide a final statement detailing trophy fees and other additional charges. The fee charged for your trophy deer hunt will be the stated price on the Ranch price list for the deer size harvested less the deposited trophy fee plus any additional charges. All final charges are due and payable in cash or certified funds before departure.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any cancellation of a reservation must be in writing and shall only be effective after the Ranch has acknowledged it in writing. Cancellation fees shall apply, 75% of the trophy fee per hunting client will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a client is a no-show we will treat your reservation as cancelled and all payments made by the client will be forfeited. We will not give refunds for lost travel times, itineraries changed, circumstances beyond our control where the Ranch has to make alternative arrangements necessary to ensure the client's safety or leaving your hunt early.
